I am a seasoned design leader with 18 years of experience driving user centered, AI powered solutions across roles such as Senior Staff Experience Designer, Design Researcher, and Team Lead. I have been designing for AI since the early Watson era at IBM, and I lead UX teams to deliver impactful work through storytelling, user scenarios, wireframes, personas, requirements analysis, design workshops, and heuristic evaluations.
